In this I have given you some ideas to customize your regular morning routine to get the best out of your day. Wake-Up early! sounds tiring but actually you will feel better and energized the whole day when you start waking up early.Don't cut down a full hour of sleep in-order to wake up early.Slowly increase it.First increase it by 5 mins.For example if you are waking up by 6am then make it as 5.55am. Declutter your surroundings Your surroundings play an important role in fixing your mind for the day.. declutter your room and make the bed... spend just 10 mins to do this.Making your bed in the morning gives you a nice feel and it also has another advantage of saving you some time in that tired evening. Make your planner for the day Plan your day in the first few hours of your morning.This helps you to get an idea of what you have for that day and prepares your mind accordingly...
