sounds tiring but actually you will feel better and energized the whole day when you start waking up early.Don't cut down a full hour of sleep in-order to wake up early.Slowly increase it.First increase it by 5 mins.For example if you are waking up by 6am then make it as 5.55am.

Your appearance matters a lot and it boosts your self confidence .dress the way you like and it is comfortable .Never wear an outfit just because it looks pretty,look out for the comfort and your need. Next thing in your checklist is hygiene.
Have a good shower,brush your teeth,wash your face and change your clothes. After 8hrs of your sleep the body needs some freshness so have a warm shower and wear something comfortable rather than your night pajamas even if you are working from home as the pajamas gives you the bedtime feel and not productive mood.
