Banana Toffee thick shake ice cream Recipe



This one I just Tried with my old classic ice cream recipe(wow so delicious😋😋).Whenever I see a banana lying in the fruit basket I will start making this banana ice cream.It is so easy to make it just requires 3 ingredients..And these ingredients are readily available @ home!!!.Do make this and I know everyone will be tempted to make this again!!!!.This recipe don't require churning.It is super easy to make.Even kids can do this!!! So Let's start making!!

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 cup of Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk for making toffee

METHOD

How to make Toffee :


  • To make toffee get you condensed milk in a large saucepan.
  • Allow them to boil and slightly burn it out 
  • keep stirring so that they form cracks!! 
  • Switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  • This will form in to strong chewy balls..
  • That's it Your toffee is ready!



How to make banana toffee ice cream

  • Cut the ripe and sweet banana in to medium thick circular slices.
  • Serve some slices for topping.
  • Blend rest of the slices with condensed milk in a blender or  just with a spoon!
  • Transfer the contents in to a bowl and add milk to it and slightly mix it.
  • Put those toffee's in to the ice cream thick shake.
  • top them with the reserved banana slices and chocolate powder or chocolate shavings.
  • Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
  • Delicious dessert is ready to serve!!!

Pro tip:Don't burn the condensed milk to much as the mixture will become so hard that it sticks with the bowl or saucepan itself.
