Productivity and self organization apps that I use


When it comes to productivity we all try out different things and at some point we  get stuck with something and lose interest ,hence dropping off everything!.So in this digital world we do need an organizer digitally.We use mobile phones , apps and tablets all the time.. keeping everything organized in that  will help us even to catch up with everything.So in this post I will let you all know what are all the apps i'm using to  stay productive,organized and mainly to avoid things getting messed up!.So Let's start getting organized!!!.

1.Forest (timer)

This app is just awesome guys...i'm using this for a very long time and love keeping it in future also!.I love to recommend this app for students.This app is like, you will have to set up a time and that makes a seed to get planted and at the end of the duration the sapling grow in to  tree which will be added in your forest.each time you exit the app or stop the timer by clicking on the notifications in your mobile will kill the tree !!!.that will end up fixing a withered tree in your forest!!.when the time is below 25 mins it will produce shrubs.Whenever you keep planting a tree and according to the duration of the task you will get reward coins.You can use those coins to buy new trees for your forest😀(starry,cuckoo clock,banana,candy,wisteria,nest & moon tree are my favorite😍
!!!).you also have an option to set break time.(imp thing is  you need  500 reward coins to buy anything ).There is also an option to upgrade the app.You can  plant  real saplings in that upgraded paid  version which will contribute a small amount to buy saplings!!😀.What are you waiting for? do try and tell me your feedback in the comments below!.

2.IKE(task manager)

This is moreover like to-do list.Where you have four categories which will be segregated according to important:urgent,
important:not urgent
not important:urgent
not important:not urgent.
By this you will get a clear idea of what all things you have to concentrate and prioritize according to it.You have several labels where you can segregate,
Work
home
others(according to you,just rename them).
Only available for mobiles and not for desktops!!

3.One note (note taking)


This one will be the best digital notebook if you like keeping everything i mean taking notes digitally.This allows you to separate each notebook and categorize them with the realistic colour tabs on the side. something like ,we use page dividers in our 5 subject notebooks.you can change ruled and unruled page without any hassles and you also have an option to change the colour of the page.You can add sticky notes on the page. just  a paperback experience in a digitalized app!!you can draw sketches including photographs or make mind maps..it's just too good to use for note taking in a more organized way where you will have 0% chance to lose all you free or lose papers.

4.My homework (planner) 

This is the best student planner app which lets  you  to keep a separate section for classes and homework.In this app you can add different classes  and homeworks with following details.you can integrate teachers from teachers.io and get announcements in this app related to your studies.you have a basic plan which is free forever and premium paid plan . I will show you an example of a  free version .Interesting part in this(to me it was interesting😁) is you already have pre-designed types which lets you fix what kind of homework  you are assigned with . types will have something like

  • homework
  • test
  • study
  • read
  • paper
  • presentation
  • lab
  • final
  • midterm
  • quiz
  • project
  • workbook
  • lesson
  • others
You can choose any of those things and fix a detailed description easily.I have shown some screenshots below...Students will surely get benefited and will never miss out anything.you also have an option to attach any file to that reminder.

5.Todoist(task manager)



This was the first app that I started off with before using IKE.I do love this basic version of todoist which actually increases your karma points according to the number of tasks you complete.this one has mobile push up notification option only when you have an upgraded i.e, premium paid version.has labels,daily charts...weekly chart.. that is weekly goal chart is available in premium versions.But you can set up daily goals (something like 5 tasks daily,complete to get karma points).You have an option to set vacation mode as if you fail to add any task the karma points will reduce hence this option will save you.

6.Google drive dropbox(storage)

I think many of you know this.Just for storing my files in different folders and it helps and saves me a lot when I need my files suddenly.You can expand the storage space by upgrading it.It is simple and flexible.I Don't have the worries even if i  forget to bring my pen drives and storage disks.

Pomegranate milkshake The yummy milkshake that I do often.Even yesterday I did.This one is so simple and easy to make and tastes so yummy if you chill it for about 2 hrs in the freezer.you can make this as a thick shake by adding vanilla ice cream and fresh cream with the milk.Like 1 part milk and 1 part fresh cream.So Let's start making!!!
