In this post I will share with you all a vegan salad recipe.In those 3 salad recipes One will be my favorite feta salad recipe 😁do try it!! .So according to salads it's all our wish there is "no rules" or fixed ingredients we can add or mix or substitute any ingredient as per our wish.The no-cook salad is the best breakfast,basically the best food as they are alkaline it helps our body to be in alkaline state.(some veggies get acidic when cooked).Maintaining our body in alkaline state protects us from cancer and other such diseases.Without delaying more I will jump in to the recipes.So Let's start making!!!

Feta sprout salad:
INGREDIENTS
- Feta
- sprouts(add any sprouts mung/moong bean sprouts or pink radish sprouts (is what used above).
- Olives sliced
- peanuts chopped
- olive oil-optional
- Himalayan pink salt/kosher salt
- Basil leaves
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients
- Drizzle some olive oil on top.
Mixed Veggie bowl
INGREDIENTS
- Sliced onions
- Tomato
- olives
- cucumber
- feta-optional
- coriander leaves (topping)
- carrots
METHOD
- remove each ring from the sliced onions, julienne carrots(cutting carrots in to long sticks), roughly chop the tomato (and feta if you are adding,another option is you can also try paneer) and slice the cucumber.
- Now layer and plate all the ingredients.
Mixed Cabbage veggie bowl
INGREDIENTS
- Pink radish slices
- Tomato roughly chopped
- Cabbage-red and green
- Carrots sliced
- Kosher salt/himalayan pink salt
- Olive oil-optional
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in bowl
- Add salt to it.
- Drizzle some olive oil.
You can store them in an airtight container for about 4-5 days.(so your morning meal prep for a week is done😜)
