Eggless Moist vanilla Cupcake
Who will say no to these yummy moist vanilla cupcakes.They are fluffy moist and especially they are eggless.They are soooo moist and soft.These can be taken with or without icing.I have used buttermilk in this recipe if you don't have add milk and vinegar.So without delaying i'm directly jumping to the recipe.SO Let's start baking!!!!

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gm All purpose flour/maida
- 200 gm sugar (granulated)
- 1-1 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- vanilla extract
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- salt
- preheat the oven and get it ready by heating it to about 170-180 degree celcius.
- spray some cooking oils and add liners to cupcake tray.
- In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients.i.e,flour,salt,sugar,baking soda.
- Now add the buttermilk to the dry ingredients.
- Add oil and make the batter soft by whipping it with a spatula or blender.MAke them smooth but not over knead or beat them.
- Add the batter to the cupcake liners.
- Now place them inside the preheated oven and bake them for 20 mins.To check whether it is cooked or not,insert a toothpick or fork and if the fork comes out with some batter it indicates the cake is not cooked.
- take them out and serve it as it is with some sugar sieved on top ot add icing to it.
- Your yummy cupcake is ready.
METHOD
Pro tip:If you don't have buttermilk add milk and vinegar to get buttermilk.sieve the dry ingredients to get the best results.I don't like coffee but if you want to enhance the flavour add some coffee powder to the batter.
