We all love pickles.And that traditional pickle is just divine.but the recipe which im going to tell you now is my twist .I love making this.It is super easy and tasty.without delaying i will jump directly to the recipe.So Let's start cooking!!!!!..

INGREDIENTS
- Mango(unripe one.which is basically used for pickling!)
- Asafoetida
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Oil for frying(not to much.just 6-10 tablespoons for 3 medium size mangoes).
METHOD
- Dice the mango in to desired size.
- In a pan add oil to fry.
- Add mango pieces when the oil is hot and keep stirring.
- After 2 mins add salt and keep stirring.
- Now when the mango starts to shrink add chilli powder and asafoetida.
- Keep frying until they shrink in size.
- Your yummy spicy mango pickle is ready.You can store this in an airtight container for more than 2 months.
Pro tip:add salt first so that the juices from the mangoes leaves and it dries up quick to get fried easily.
