Trying this one is just awesome!.This is very easy to make and they are delicious.It just takes  10-15 mins to make.They can be done even without adding flour.this will be so good with garlic mayonnaise(vegan mayonnaise is what i'm talking about!).So yeah you can customize the ingredients as you like.So let's start cooking.

INGREDIENTS


  • 250g Firm Tofu
  • 250g Black bean (cooked)
  • 2-3 Onion
  • 3 tablespoon Chilli powder/cayenne pepper
  • 5 garlic/garlic powder(2 tablespoon)
  • 2 tablespoon flour(all purpose flour/maida)
  • Corn flour slurry (optional)
  • Oil (to shallow fry/deep fry)
  • Burger buns
  • salt as per taste

For making burger(layers-optional or customize it accordingly)

  • mayonnaise/burger sauce
  • lettuce/cabbage/leafy vegetable
  • tomato
  • onion
  • mashed potato
  • fried burger patties 
  • dijon mustard 
  • cheese



METHOD

  • Grate the firm tofu and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add some oil and fry onions .
  • Add chilli powder to it and switch off the flame.
  • In a large bowl mix tofu,black bean(cooked),veggie mixture and flour.Mix it well.
  • Now make this mixture like patties and shallow fry it in a pan.
  • Toast the bun and add a layer of mayonnaise or burger sauce,tomato ketchup and veggies of your choice.
  • Layer them as per your wish.
  • Your yummy burger is ready.
