This doughnut is so soft and light inside.They not only will fill your tummy but also your heart.This doughnut recipe is my family's favorite!.When ever I make this it will get over without any leftover.These are vegan and has less ingredients.Yes! ingredients which we already have at our home.So they are super easy and really simple to make,It just takes 15 minutes of your time .So Lets start cooking!!!!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups maida/all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar(granulated)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup of milk
- a pinch of salt
- Vanilla essence or extract
- Apple cider vinegar
- Melted butter
- Oil to fry
METHOD
- Preheat a oven for 350 degree celsius to bake or preheat a frying pan with oil to fry.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon powder,salt and sugar.
- Now add the wet ingredients(milk,vinegar,melted butter and vanilla extract) one by one and mix it well.
- Now mix the batter well and fry it in a preheated oil; or bake it in a oven.
- Your yummy doughnuts is ready to be served with topping or with a dip.
Pro tip:if you don't have vinegar add buttermilk as a substitute.It will work the same way even when you skip out vinegar.
